3. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be offered after an assessment if the item is confirmed faulty or damaged upon delivery. Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by clear photographic evidence via email.
4. Colour and Fabric Variation
Due to photographic lighting and individual screen settings, actual colours may vary slightly from images displayed online. There variations or light reflecting details are not considered faults.
